- GENERAL ITINERARY
The itinerary
(Tours&Study) is organized in two options, allowing departures either
from Kathmandu TIA, Nepal
(as Option One), or from Europe (Option
Two), in a flexible programme of 3 to 4 weeks, with sufficient time in
each target-site for allowing a stepwise experiential study and practices:

First Week Itinerary
Friday,
Day 1 - Departure from KTM/Nepal, with Qatar
or Gulf Air flight to London LHR UK,
transit in LHR,then BMI flight to Bruxelles, Belgium.
Saturday,
Day 2 - Arrival in Bruxelles,
Belgium.
Reception at airport and minibus transfer to B&B Guesthouse.
(NB: we will do your booking of B&B guesthouse and flights)
Day 3 - Morning drive downtown to visit Bruxelles main cultural sites.
(Sun ) Afternoon guided visit to OKC Tibetan
Center for evening
Puja.
Day 4 - Drive to Yeunten Ling
Tibetan Center, all
day, Huy Ardennes.
Day 5 - Drive downtown to Samye Dzong Tibetan
Center,
Bruxelles.
Day 6 - Drive to visit Bruxelles
main cultural and religious sites.

Day 7 – Drive to UCL/LNN to
prepare seminar at LAAP Anthropology.
(Thu ) All day visit.
Day 8 - Free morning and afternoon .

Considering
the necessary communication costs, visa file enquiries, interview of
candidate and file verification involving the supervising
administrative and academic staff of the St- Xavier’s SXC KTM NP (Fr.
Robins SJ), the ISI-CNV Psychotherapy Training Institute NGO in Nice
S-France / Italy (Dr. Marco Paret), UCL/ANSO/LAAP Prospective
Anthropology Unit in Belgium (Prof. Mike Singleton) and a
coordination with the Belgium Consulate KTM NP and Belgium Embassy
Delhi India, a Euro 600 guarantee deposit toward the total
cost of the program is required at the time of application, of
which 100 Euro is nonrefundable. The remaining fees are due no
later than 30 days prior to departure. NO
refunding of deposit after 10 days before visa process.

EUROPE SCHENGEN VISA CONDITIONS (Nepal
Passport) : A SUMMARY !
The Schengen Visa rules, under
which EU Belgium visa are examined by both the Belgium Consulate KTM NP
(visa interview of candidates) and Belgium Embassy Chancery (EU visa
granting), require proof of means of living during the 3 months period
granted by a Schengen visa of a average of 50 Euros minimum per day covering the entire period of stay, so
to say: the 3 months Schengen Visa Duration!
This formal conditions
is determinant for the candidate successful proceess for being issued a
EU visa, or not!

Terms
& Conditions
- Validity: April 15, 2006
- November 15, 2006, best in September-October, 2006.
- Passengers joining this
tour must travel to / from KTM Np at their own expense
- Lunches and Dinners are
not included in B&B formula. Local option Full Board meals will
be a 3 meals a day: Breakfast, Lunch,
Dinner. Breakfast will be continental which includes tea, coffee,
cereal, juice, bread, butter, Lunches and Dinner may in some case be
vegetarian.
- Any damages caused to the
hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the
passengers. CAIRN will not be liable for the same.
- CAIRN shall not accept any
liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident,
death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out
the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine
and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be
borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on
tour, as per EU Visa Conditions.
- The management reserves
the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay in
Visa file preparation or application in KTM, or changes to other services.
- Due cheap flight required
advance booking on Virgin Express and BMI in Europe
for flight routing from LHR to BRU and BRU to NCE, deposit is
required as soon as possible.
- On basis of the level of success
resulting from meetings and seminars, we reserve the right to
amend/alter the itinerary after discussion thereupon.
- We also reserve the right
to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or
necessary.
- We reserve the right to
amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion
advertised.
- There are no refunds for
any services being booked as per the Option chosen,
ie: meals, sightseeing
etc., but not utilized in your tour.

The Buddhist, Hindu, Christian and Yoga
communities of faiths have a responsibility to encourage conduct imbued
with wisdom, compassion, sharing, charity, solidarity, and love; inspiring
one and all to choose the path of freedom and responsibility. Religions
must be a source of helpful energy. CAIRN Consortium promotes a dialogue
and harmony between and within religions, recognizing and respecting the
search for truth and wisdom that is each religion, this above all through
the understanding and practices of their healing meditation practices.
In October and November 2006,
three Peace & Yogas Seminars will be held, first at the UCL/ANSO/LAAP
in UCL/LLN Belgium, then possibly at the Tarab Institute in Copenhagen
Denmark and ISI-CNV Psychotherapy Training Center in Nice, S-France, as
part of CAIRN Consortium's efforts to promote mutual understanding and
awareness for Peace in Nepal and its Himalayan region.
CAIRN is his full agreement
with the ideals of energy body spiritual evolution of renown scholars, such
as Pere Teilhard de Chardin SJ
(Jesuit French philosopher and paleontologist known for his theory
that man is evolving, mentally and socially, toward a final spiritual
unity…), Prof. J.T. Zeberio (Energo/Musicotherapy, Argentina) and Tibetan
Teachers as Tarab Tulku Rimpoche, Dilgo Khyentse Rimpoche, Dudjom Rimpoche,
Djadral Rimpoche and others, in which "human subtle-energy
revolution" will empower people through an inner-directed positive
transformation that can effect change in society. Similar to those of the
Tsa-rLung Yoga, such concepts require individuals first to challenge their
own limited weaknesses, and transmute their consciousness in a more subtle
perception way of life that firmly rejects violence

international gatherings, since 1997, to promote interfaith understanding
and cooperative efforts for peace in Nepal and the Himalayan Region, this
